Anaheim Ducks forward Joffery Lupul tweeted yesterday that hits to the head are simply a part of hockey and suggested that maybe dramatically changing the rules to prevent head shots isn’t what is needed. One has to wonder if a majority of players in the NHL feel this way, and why aren’t we really asking what their wishes are on the matter?

It’s been a rough stretch for 2K Sports the last few years and 2009 saw things only get worse. No football license, the hockey game is light years behind the competition and the basketball game is no longer the gold standard game that it used to be either. Thankfully the baseball franchise – MLB 2K10 – seems to have turned a corner and is a marked improvement over past versions… But is it enough to restore some of 2K Sports’ past glory?
